Google’s Hire, a new service for helping businesses recruits.
19th, July 2017 - International news
Google has announced launch of HIRE, a new service that helps businesses more effectively manage their internal recruiting process. Hire is integrated with G Suit which will be helping company to communicate with potential candidate and keep track of all records and process.
Hire, new recruitment tool to help businesses manage their candidates. The missing piece here is giving businesses tools for managing job posting — and maybe posting them directly to Google’s new jobs widget in Search. As the company pointed out when it launched its AI-powered job search engine, though, it has no interest in doing this and is instead partnering with major online job boards.
Hire help businesses b reducing manual work like tracking application, sending communication etc. Along with G suit, Hire is helping recruiter to focus on priority work rather than copy past job across tool and increase the efficiency.
While Hire itself is interesting in its own right, it’s also interesting to see that Google is now looking to use the G Suite tools and back-end services it has developed over the last few years to solve problems in very specific verticals. I wouldn’t be surprised if the company decided to launch more of these projects now that it has the foundation in place to do so.
