We are bootstrapped and significantly profitable.

We have an open vacation policy. Rather, we have very few policies. We trust your judgement so that we do not have to maintain records of when you took a break, when you worked from home, or when you left early.
We have a near zero hierarchy.
We have a PS3 console, and our favorite bashing game is Call of Duty (it has a decent local free-for-all mode).
We think we pay well, but we are also quite sure we are not your 12 month retirement plan. Unlike many other startups, we have no problems whatsoever paying our people and vendors and partners on time.

Role and responsibilities:
Most of the expectations below should not surprise you, but we don’t want you to come unprepared, right!
Analytics manager is a leadership role and will be responsible for delivering a great client experience.
Effective project management and delivery of consistently high standard of work ensuring deadlines are met, operational hurdles are understood and insights are delivered in an actionable format.
Work with the team to solve client business problems by translating them into an analytics problem solving framework. Solve business problems using advanced analytics, develop sophisticated solutions and actionable insights.
Build strong relationships with client(s) and develop good understanding of the client organization, business, strategies and objectives to optimize engagements and revenue.
Actively manage engagement/ client revenue and P&L, and identify opportunities for growth within the client account. Manage team utilization, resource management and planning, program management and communication.
Be responsible for hiring analytics professionals. Training and grooming the newly hired folks.
Play an active role in firm development and pre-sales activities.
4-6+ years of experience solving business problems in 1-2 domains; Pharma/ Healthcare/ Financial Services etc.
Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Good logical thinking and problem solving skills
Hands-on experience on R/SAS or equivalent tools for analytics modelling as well as visualization tools such as Tableau/ Qlik/ etc.
Knowledge of statistical modelling, survey analytics, conjoint models, etc.
