Cuemath is building the world's best math learning program for children (grades K to 8). Cuemath reaches students through a network of more than 2000 home-based centers for math excellence, spread across India.
Cuemath is a post-Series-B company backed by USF, Sequoia Capital and Google Capital.
Cuemath offers a technology platform for women to run home-based learning centres for young students from LKG to class 8. Started in mid-2013, Cuemath claimed to have the fastest growing networks of math learning centres in India. Over 25,000 teachers have applied to be a part of the Cuemath network and the startup has signed over 1200 teachers from this pool.
Cuemath runs about 2,000 centres educating more than 10,000 students across six major metros in the country. However, the idea is to go deep and consolidate in those cities. Khurma said the firm plans to expand its student base to 50,000 and have 10,000 centres or teachers by end of this year.
